Litter in the streets

I don’t know if you know this, but Ed really dislikes Yellowpages. So, when I came home and found this on my step, I knew he would share my disappointment. 

Over the last year and a half, they are regularly dropped off on the inside of front door, placed at the bottom of the step. But apparently they are no longer putting in that little extra effort and are now just putting them right on the step outside. Which leaves these heaping bags sitting on the sidewalk. Attractive, right?
